Parcels are only dispatched on Mondays. Your order will be carefully-packed (by the proprietor only), and will leave our premises in top condition, and we will provide tracking details via email. We are located in a regional area (halfway between Cairns and Townsville). Standard postage to most areas in QLD, according to Australia Post, can take 4-8 working days. We are outside the Express Post network, so we are unable to use the Express Post service for QLD deliveries. We send via eParcel and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one will be in attendance, and you are happy for the postman to leave the parcel without your signature, please let us know, so we can include Safe Drop instructions.

We do not accept any liability once the parcel is in Australia Post’s possession. The time it takes to deliver your parcel is completely out of our control. We pay insurance on every shipment, however Australia Post will only offer compensation if the parcel is lost entirely. They do not offer compensation for damage or delayed delivery, because their insurance does not cover live plants.
