Parcels are dispatched on Mondays, in order of receipt of payment (and Tuesdays, if necessary, depending on demand). Our capacity is approximately 100 parcels. If we have reached capacity for the following mail-out, we will endeavour to notify you that there will be a delay.
Australia Post estimate that standard delivery of parcels within QLD can take 5-10 working days, so your parcel MAY NOT arrive until the following week. We are located in a regional area (halfway between Cairns and Townsville), which is outside the QLD Express Post network, so we are unable to use Express Post.

Your plants will be watered, the root ball will be wrapped in a plastic bag and they will be carefully packed by the proprietor only. We send via eParcel and we will provide tracking details via email upon dispatch. A signature is preferable upon delivery, but if no-one will be home, and you are happy for the courier leave the parcel without a signature, then let us know and we will include Safe Drop instructions.
We do not accept any liability once your parcel is in Australia Post’s possession. The time it takes to deliver your parcel, and the condition your plant may arrive in as a result of delayed delivery or rough handling, is out of our control. AUSTRALIA POST PARCEL INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LIVE PLANTS.
However, please be assured, we have only had a very small number of plants which have been severely damaged in transit, and died as a result. They are very resilient plants, and they almost always survive the trip!
